The terminal has 160,000m3 of storage strategically located close to Baltic’s existing ports but also close to Amsterdam/Rotterdam/Antwerp (ARA), the Keil Canal and Gasoil’s distribution business.
The terminal has two berths and is capable of discharging and loading on a simultaneous basis.
Baltic plans to utilise the terminal for transhipment, not storage, in line with the present business model in Kaliningrad and Rotterdam.
The terminal would be used as Transhipment for fuel oil and diesel with parcels received by sea and then bulked up into larger parcels, providing clients with an economy of scale for onward shipments.
